My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good aspects. The service was exceptional, with the staff being efficient and friendly, even going out of their way to return a forgotten cosmetics bag. However, some parts of the hotel looked shady and unclean. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, yet there were mixed feelings about the cleanliness and overall appearance of the place.
